Harvest Moon: Tree Of Tranquility trying to marry Luke?

Okay so I'm trying to marry Luke & NOTHING is helping me! I've asked this question so many times & he just won't marry me! All he says is "Oh a blue feather...?" I have a lvl 5 house, a double bed, I've tried proposing when I had 20 pieces of lumber & that didn't work!, I've already started the rainbows, I have all the hearts! What the hell?! PLSSS help!!!
